HOW WE DO IT

BREATHE

In our Breathe segment, we will teach the effect proper breathing has on your body.  You will learn to breathe with your diaphragm muscles.  In turn, this will help to shut down achy muscles, relieve tension in your neck and shoulders, and allow your body to properly rest.

 

BALANCE

In our Balance segment, we will address the imbalances in our bodies due to lack of symmetry.  We will illustrate how a slight rotation of the pelvis can put you on the right track to relieving low back pain.

 

BUILD

In our Build segment, we give you a PEAK by showing you the muscles you should be building and how to progress them through a systematic approach.
